Hi mam, #askexpert, my boy is 3 years 10 m old. He is frequently suffering from Constipation..he is drinking adequate water and fiber food also but still I don't know why he is getting constipation. Is it normal? can you please give me some tips to prevent from this issue.. regards, Jyothi.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 week agoA. hi jyoti diet correction will help him. increase the amount of fiber rich fruits n veggies in daily diet. feed luke warm water. also allow him some outdoors activity to correct his digestion
