Q.

hi mam, am taking galact powder once in a day and lactare tablet also once in a day.both are same or not mam?? some people told lactare tablet don't take nu. which is good for milk supply mam?? we can use olive oil for face this breastfeeding time??

A. both are equally good. take Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. also eat more protein rich food. tc

A. hello you can have any if them which is safe not a problem and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and also Fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and if bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
