hi mam after 2 months of c section I have an issue of blood in stool, whenever I pass stool I feel too much pain.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi as you are having fissures because of constipation,I advise to maintain good hydration throughout the day. take fiber rich food like soup , salad , fruits etc.more you can take juice of soaked Black raisins or take warm milk with one tbsp of ghee daily before sleep time
