hi madam my self gowthami my breast milk is not adequate for my baby what are the ways to increase milk

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. breastmilk is always sufficient till completion of Six month. mother should eat healthy and stay well hydrated . take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Then you can start giving powder milk to the child as well because powder milk is going to give a support to the child to meet up to its expectations and appetite as per the age so it is going to be a good option for you to currently go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child as wellWrite Your Answer Here
