Hi madam , my baby hasn’t pooped since 4days but he is passing gas and peeing 8 times a day Can i give gripe water or sugar water

A. Constipation is normal in this age you don’t have to give anything to the child is much of a problem check with your doctor and you can give a laxative to the child and please don’t ever give gripe water it’s the worst product that you can offer to your child
