A. It's completely normal for a 5-month-4-day-old baby to not roll over yet. Babies typically start rolling over between 4 to 6 months, but some may take longer. When Do Babies Roll Over? ✔ Tummy to back: Around 4-5 months ✔ Back to tummy: Around 5-6 months Some babies roll early, while others take more time, especially if they were born prematurely or have a calmer temperament. How to Encourage Rolling Over? 1️⃣ Tummy Time: Give plenty of tummy time daily to strengthen neck and back muscles. 2️⃣ Side Lying Position: Place her on her side and encourage her to roll with a toy. 3️⃣ Use a Toy or Mirror: Hold a toy just out of reach to make her turn. 4️⃣ Reduce Time in Swings/Bouncers: Let her move freely on the floor. 5️⃣ Assisted Rolling: Gently help her roll by moving her legs in a twisting motion. If she isn’t rolling over by 6 months and shows no attempt to move, discuss it with a pediatrician. Otherwise, give her time—every baby develops at their own pace! Let me know if you need more tips.
