Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you have to drink plenty of water as well as 500 ml milk everyday and also go for shatavari Ayurvedic preparations which can be mixed in milk and taken regularly for increasing the breast milk formation
