Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. please give delcon syrup 2 ML 3 times a day Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
