Hi, Its been 7 months after my c Section. From past 4 days there is so much pain in my spinal cord area. Not able to sit for even 10 mins during feeding. What can be the reasons?

Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi You can try to maintain good posture. do yoga exercise for back ache. you can do hot bag pack on the pain area try to consult physiotherapy if not recovered
