Hi, it's been 8 months of post pregnancy but still am looking fat with belly. am breastfeeding mother. how to reduce my weight. please suggest me food routine or any!! Thanks in advance

A. belly fat reduction requires overall weight loss eat mindfully reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat sugar and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged food good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources don't skip breakfast good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily Continued breastfeeding till 2 years help
