Q.

Hi, It's been 6 months that I had a c-section delivery and now am unable to sit without the back support for longer time. it's it common with everyone or is that a problem for me. could you please clarify.

A. then you eat calcium ok. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. Not Really some women do have this back problem some women do not have these normally do Keagle exercises in all from the beginning that helps as of now it would be advisable for you to consult your Gynaecologist once she’ll be able to advise you the correct things for this
