Q.
Hi, it is being 1 month and 4 days after my delivery which was a cesarean. Can you confirm if it's safe to use laptop for 2 hrs. Have heard that post c section eyes strain should be avoided. If it's not safe to start using laptop now, how long should I give rest to the eyes.

it is indicated to avoid because after having baby you get less of sleep so your eyes may get strain
so just take good sleep whenever baby is sleeping to avoid any complications

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear good morning it's better to take rest for some days. Don't strain your back as it might create complications. Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium. Add ghee to your daily food. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake.
