A. weather any multivitamin or a calcium supplement is required by the child or not will be decided by the doctor. just continue to give regular diet from cereals s pulses vegetable milk and fruits which contains all the multivitamins along with calcium. calcium syrup or tablet and the dosage will be decided by the doctor according to the deficiency of the child the child is suffering from anaemia due to iron deficiency so you'll have to give food which is rich in iron and like cereals pulses apple banana as well as green leafy vegetables and beetroot. also you will have to start iron supplements and it would consistf of iron folic acid and vitamin b12 and take follow up every month with the doctor .
