Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, junk food, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

mam , instead of such measurements , I advise you to focus on giving home made Healthy diet .
give green leafy vegetables, fruits,nuts , pulses, beans, dairy products etc in your child diet so that your child get all essential nutrients in adequate quantities too
