Q.

Hi is quite normal during summer kids eat less and try to drink water or other fluids more. my kid eating less and taking fluids that too little only please suggest me how to keep him hydrated i am breastfeeding my child. She is 1 yr 1 month old

A. I mean 40 ml /kg body weight

A. You should give liquids around 40 ml per MG body weight so calculate that is enough and give coconut water plain water and try butter milk and give light to digest foods
