RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. No Absolutely no Kajal should not be use it can block the tear ducts of the ice which is my cousin is not recommended to be used for the child it is not even a good options at least for 5 to 6 years minimum you should never use Kajal
