hi...im shalini..my son is 4yrs old n he is allergic to milk..so can anyone suggest which is best protien powder without any chemicals to mix in the milk

A. Hai good morning !! If Baby is allergic to milk,diary products then give other calcium sources pulses,nuts powder,ragi,jowar,pea nuts,seseme,makhana in regular diet. Also the seseme milk,almond milk,soy milk (soak overnight and grinding ,straining milk) tofu and using these milks curd gives required calcium source for the kid.
