#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, im 16 weeks pregnent. can you suggest me any protien powder? And im planning to taki Oziva supplements is it safe?

A. avoid oziva. take egg paneer. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

A. good morning it depends on your medical history I would not recommend you to use any supplements on your own you should try to consult with your gynecologist in the meantime you can consume eggs everyday for protein
