Hi, my baby is 3 yrs old boy.. which protien powder is best to him? pls suggest

Well we do not suggest you to give protein powder to the child such a small age it is not considered a healthy option to be given because you should rely on more of natural proteins to be given to the child rather than giving protein powder at the same time I will say if you want to give something healthy which is loaded with nutrients all kind of nutrients into that then you can make a dry fruit powder at home and add some fox nuts into that I may just roast them altogether and then you should make a powder and give it to the child
