Q.

hi im mother of 2yr 9 m old son....I got c-section deliver..... I have low back pain.....plz give me any suggestion

A. 8Back pain after C-section is common. Take hot water bath with adding salt daily. Simple yoga exercises or breathing exercises can help instil calm within your body as well. Alternating cold presses with the application of warm treatment helps in relaxing the muscles and boosting circulation in the area of pain.

A. Have a healthy diet include more of salads soups etc avoid fried sweet junk food also try doing some light exercises like yoga which will help increase the stamina do yoga under a professional yoga instructor
