Q.

Hi, Im breastfeeding my 8 and half months old baby girl and also givibg her solids.. but i could see my milk production is dropped and would not be enough to feed her.. Please suggest to increase my breastmilk.. I want to feed her for more months, Please let mw know If I could increase..

A. hello you can try to take lactare tablet whivh can help to increase the milk secretion but if the bm is still not sufficient then you can be giving your child infant formula milk and you can be giving your child stage 2 infant formula milk which would be safe
