good morning. am mother of 3 month old and im breastfeeding. as my milk is not sufficient im also providing formula milk in between. how can i increase milk flow. im taking good amount of food and im feeding regularly still im not getting enough milk.. my gynecologist suggested for lactare capsules and galact powder. after using them i can see the difference but still not sufficient for my baby.. kindly help

A. to increase your milk flow take lactare.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic jeera drumstick sabudana Dalia ragi oats sabudana.. regular pumping increase milk you can use Babyhug electric breast pump
