Hi if any one is using breast pump please suggest me after storing breast milk in fridge how to use it means after taking out from fridge we should boil or we have to use it after cooling goes I'm traveling tomorrow morning it will take 4hours to reach so please tell me

A. hello mom You can store breast milk at room temperature for 4to 5hours and in fridge for 4 to 5 days and in refrigerator you can store it up to 15 to 20 days just keep in mind do not reheat milk again and again
