You can keep the expressed milk in refrigerator but there is no need to reheat it. You cannot reheat expressed milk so you should avoid doing that. If you are keeping it in normal room temperature than you can use it in next 4 to 6 hours gap. Baby should be totally your mother’s milk or formula milk and there is no need to give anything else till six months
