Q.

can i reheat my breast milk if it is not used by baby. can i put it back in fridge.

A. hi, To warm breastmilk, you should place it in a container of hot water where it can absorb heat from some of the surrounding liquid. First, heat up the water, that you are going to use, in a small container. Then, place the container of frozen milk in the container to warm up.

A. Hello mom You can keep the expressed milk in refrigerator but there is no need to reheat it. You cannot reheat expressed milk so you should avoid doing that. If you are keeping it in normal room temperature than you can use it in next 4 to 6 hours gap. Baby should be totally your mother’s milk or formula milk and there is no need to give anything else till six months
