Q.

Hi , Iam momo of 6 month old baby girl and had a csec delivery . After 6 month of delivery now I am having foot ache everyday in the morning .Can you please suggest why it's happening?

A. hi mom u should take calcium and vitamin d supplements .. u should consult with the orthopaedic surgeon for proper examination and advice regarding this pain.. take care ok ..

Many mother says recovery is fast incase of normal delivery than in csec… my first was csec and after 5 year second is due soon… earlier I had a support at home post delivery but this time I doubt that I will get similar support post delivery. If given a chance, should I go for planned csec or should I wait for normal delivery. Since I will be taking care of my 5 year old child along with new born what should be my decision.
