Hi iam having under stomach pain in left side past 1 day iam drinking water still lite pain is there . Nov 1 surgery done for abortion .is any thing serious?

A. It might be due to surgery so take good rest and if the pain persists then you should talk to your gynaecologist once and also take a paracetamol to relieve pain
