Hi , Iam doing exclusive breast feeding but then iam getting my periods back and it's irregular. I have heard that only after 6 months will get periods back but in my case after 1rst month itself I'm getting periods. Does this affect my milk supply or my health. Is this normal or do I have to consult gynac.
