Hi iam 24 week pregnant whenever I eat outside or junks I'm getting pain in my upper abdomen please tell me what might be the reason

Maybe the junk food that you are eating right now is not suiting your system and that is why you are facing this problem it happens with a lot of women specially when it comes to white bread or any of those things or if you have frozen food like burger and all as in the outside foods like McDonald’s and all the use all frozen stuff sometimes that is also a problem created so you need to check what you are eating and what is creating this problem
