Q.

Hi, i wanted to take breast milk when i travel tomorrow. When to pump and how to store and how to use. Please advise

A. if you wish to store the pump breast milk you can store it at room temperature for about 5 to 6 hours and you can refrigerate it for few days to so first you can refrigerate it and later on you can take it with you during travelling but it also depends on the time of travel

A. Hello Even if you express it in the morning on room temperature is not going to stay longer than 40 to 60 minutes it’s no point actually to take it that way even if you keep it in an insulated flask it is not going to work that way so it’s better that you either feed your child directly or go ahead with formula feeding
