A. Hi dear good evening try you can take help and try to feed your baby. While they hold the baby you can feed the baby and help baby to latch. It would take a few weeks to get trained. Have patience and feed baby. Make sure you sit comfortably and feed baby. Support yourself with cushions an d pillows and you can feed. Also teach your baby to latch slowly. In room temperature you can store for 4-6 hours. But it's good to consume within 4 hours. In fridge you can store upto 4-5 days. And in freezer you can store upto two weeks. And to heat the milk. To feed heat a bowl with water and over that place another bowl with stored milk and heat it for few mins say 2-3 mins. Store breast milk in bottles made of glass or hard plastic with tight-fitting lids. Don't store milk in disposable bottle liners
