hi, I ma 8 months pregnant my gyno told that the water level is two low as per the scanning report, she advice to take Glucose yo increase the water level. please find the below scan report and advice is there any complication in this report. also suggest how to increase the water level other than Glucose.

Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

but to increase your amunuitic fluid amount, please keep your body well hydrated.
drink coconut water daily.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
must follow your doctor's advice.
maintain good hygiene.
