hi I m suffering from this type of allergy ,fungal what is this dnt know .pls see my pic and tell ms whT I do .. these r only on hands it appears and disappear by their self

This is not a fungal infection this is some kind of an allergy so you first find out what kind of analogy is your child this is definitely not a fan of infection do you have to find it out after getting it checked with your doctor proper diagnosis would be required for this
