Q.

Hi, I m six weeks pregnant and since I have a sitting job.. I often feels pain in my hips when I stand up after few hours? Kindly guide as what I need to do to get releive of it and what other things I should do since I have a long sitting hours?

A. Use the pillows while sitting to support your back and also your hip and you have to stand up every half an hour or so and walkabout especially during pregnancyWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hi mom Do walk for few minutes in between.. After every one hour take a walk as you have long sitting hours.. Do not wear heels now... Wear flat comfortable cushioned footwear. Take very good care of your diet..
