Q.

I had a c section on 5th Jan 2021. I have been experiencing knee and heel pain since last few weeks. I don't feel any pain if I am walking but I feel it when I stand after sitting or sleeping and it stays for a few minutes

A. You can start off with going for walks or even try simple stretching exercises to ease the tension and strain build up in the muscles. You can also try yoga to ease sore muscles and relieve the pain. Make sure you incorporate pelvic exercises to strengthen your muscles.
