Q.

Hi.. I'm pregnant of 6 week.. too much of tiredness and more hungry..can't able to sit also.. please suggest what to do

A. In first trimester usually these symptoms are seen so take rest and when you feel hungry keep some healthy snacks like makhana or bhuna chana or puffed rice with roasted poha mixture in a namkeen form stay hydrated

A. hello normal during pregnancy n absolutely nothing to worry.. Make sure to eat well n any concern then is bettet yo chk ur doctor n she will be able to guide u accordingly no worriee
