Have lean proteins and healthy fats, all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
AartiMom of a 7 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. exerise is the only option. start with brisk walking. do not forget to do stretching exercise before u start everytime. and start with warm up thn fast walking pushing urself to max. faster heartbeat nd sweating is a sign u hav lost some calories.
nd ofcourse.. we all know..fried or junk food can increase much weight.
