Q.

Hi I m mother of twins .they r 3 yrs old . My daughter has now a days started biting her nails from her teeth . Plz help how to make her avoid it . Is it some deficiency.

A. Yes sometimes it could be due to deficiency of calcium also so which is why I would recommend you to check with your doctor is going to help you properly with those supplements to start with
