Hi I'm Manisha My daughter is 4 year old and her weight is 11 kgs is it ok . pls suggest some ideas.

A. hello dear mom it is important for the child to be active and eating well give three big and three small meals a day and include all food groups to the diet of the child now and keep adding homemade curd paneer and white butter

A. hello mom give weight gaining food like banana, chikoo, custard apple, multigrain laddu, suji laddu halwa, sheera.. improve immunity give different fresh seasonal vegetables fruits, also give protein rich food..encourage kid for physical exercise
