Hi I’m getting light spot from day 19 and today day 26 no spotting but with back pain and mild shoulder pain should I be worried what is the cause

A. Make sure that you remain well hydrated. If back pain and shoulder pain is bothering you, you must visit your doctor. Keep yourself active and fit by daily 45 minutes walk and healthy diet.
