while breastfeeding am getting pain and sometimes getting mild burning

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. if you feed the baby very frequently not keeping a gap of at least 2 hours, yes it create nipple cracking due to which you feel pain
so you need to feed the baby only 2 hourly not very frequently and for now you can apply homemade ghee

it is imporatnt to keep well moisturized and nourished..
use himlaya nipples soothing cream or mama earth nipple soothing cream..
