Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 6 m old boy13 hours agoA. Hello! Try walking for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Post every meal. Avoid eating a heavy food at a Time. Take a small frequent meals and keep yourself well hydrated. It is better to check with your consulting gynaecologist for any kind of gastric issues.
