I m 7 weeks pregnant...my stomach feel full all the time even I hvnt ate anything from morning...plz suggest what to do

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy5 days agoA. Hello! Can be gastric issues. Walk for at least half an hour twice daily post meals. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Consult your doctor for advice
