hi I'm 39 weeks 3 days now.. but no sign of labor. what should I do. my hands and feet are swollen and my toes and fingers are pianing alot especially when I wake up in the morning

A. please follow the advice of your creating doctor nj. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
