NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy10 months agoA. hello it can be due to hormonal changes which is normal and nothing to worry try to have vitamin rich food in your diet which will help and any concern you can then check your doctor and he will be able to help you out on the same and nothing to worry
