Hi I have gone through c-section along with tubectomy now a days I am getting sevier backpain can anyone suggest me with some remedies

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. this can be because of disc problem sometimes this can be because a spasm of the muscles of the back For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi yes sure.. first don't sit or stand for long period. take support while sitting or place pillow between your legs while sleeping,it will definitely help. you can try heating pad to get relief in pain. for example , Babyhug heating pad it is best to take sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day.
