hi i have a baby of 2 months 23 day, i m using the importikaah postpartum belt to reduce my tummy. can any one tell me how many days and per day how many hours i need to wear and is it really work to reduce c section delivery tummy. still my tummy not reduced.is there any option to reduce tummy by using lemon and honey. please suggest i need to reduce as soon as fast
