hi, I have a baby girl with 4.2 years. I don't want kids any more. is there any precaution that I can take as medication to avoid pregnancy.

A. use short term condoms or long run intrauterine contraceptive measures like cuT insertion. avoid oral injectables and medication as they all are hormones and with lots of side effects

You Can continue taking contraceptive pills if you want to but for that what would be the best contraceptive pill that your doctor can advise you there are solutions for permanent thing also so if you want you can ask your doctor they’ll be able to give you a clear clarity as to what is the best way to go about it
