Hi I have a 3 months old daughter. I was clipping her nails and by mistake I cut a little of her flesh of the thumb. It started bleeding so I cleaned the wound with Dettol. The wound is okay now. But I wanted to know Is the baby required to be given a tetanus injection. Please note that the baby has been given DTwP vaccine in the last 3 months .
