Hi I have 16months twins in every change of season my both baby get cold n cough v badly kindly suggest me good syrup for them plz and my daughter getting almost all teeth may b due to that also she get cold?? Plz suggest any good syrup while sleeping she get badly cough (Khasi) plz help They both not able to get proper sleep

Avoid medicines early
Try home remedies like
Give indirect steam inhalation to baby where just put the steamer on and let baby sit in front of it.
Use otrivin paediatric nasal drops for nasal blockage relief
Use nasal saline drops for dry nose
For dry cough avoid medicines early.
