Hello, Good Morning I have 9 months twins, one boy and one girl. Because of whether both are suffering from cough n cold not fever. Can u please suggest a medicine for cough n cold

Maxtra and Sinarist af both can be given to the child the first one is for cough the second is for cold you can give it three times in the day with a gap of eight hours and for 3 to 5 days you should give this medicine if the child is good maximum by the time of five days please feel free to visit your Dr
